Let us take an example to
understand the difference between an Organization working with and without a desktop
messaging software.
First of all, imagine yourself
being an owner of a company in which no internal messaging software is used. It
is Friday and coming weekend is going to be a holiday in the premises. Due to
some sudden emergency, you want all your employees to come back to the office
on the coming day.
In a hurry, you drop an email to
all the worker about the concerned notice and go back home without verifying
whether everybody got the message or not. On the other side, due to some
internal internet connection problem, the email delivery failed.
Now! It is the big day that is
Saturday. After coming to the office, you notice that it is all vacant and
nobody is on their seats. Inquiring about the same, you come to know that
nobody actually got your memorandum.
What will you do now? Sit back
patting your forehand that why didn't you announce the memo verbally? Will
punish the workers on the next day? Call them over on the same day? Or; will
look for another alternative?
Well, no matter whatever decision
you take, you will solemnly have to face all the consequences.
So, rather than sitting back
disappointed, isn't it better to get a notification software installed
within the whole office so that the same thing never ever happens again in the
future? Think wisely because this kind of package will never ever let to fall
into above-mentioned type of situation.
